The Two Rules Every Leader Needs to Know
The truth of leadership has been buried beneath a complex assortment of models, theories and experts. ORIGINAL LEADERSHIP clears away the ‘blah blah blah’ to reveal the only two leadership rules that you ever need to know. That’s original leadership. Everything else is noise.
Go Together
Connecting with others isn’t about how intelligent, eloquent or charismatic you are – it’s about whether you really listen to – and know – those whose perspective is different to your own. The diversity tick-box isn’t enough – we have to value our differences. It has long been said – “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far – go together.” This module shows you how.

True leadership is not just about about work – it’s about life! This module gets you rocking up as the best version of you, day after day. This matters more than anything – because your people won’t really act on what you say – they’ll act on what you do. And the good news is – the ripple effect shows up at work and home.
Making it Stick
The final part of our programme brings everyone together after a period of implementation. It’s a chance to review what has changed, learn from each other’s successes (and failures) and embed the learning. It’s a chance to re-set, re-calibrate and rise stronger.
Why the follow up day?
We’ve all been on courses with lovely folders that end up on the shelf the day we get back to work. Not this one. This programme is about creating a lasting shift in mindset and behaviour. During the follow up day we will review the impact on the leaders AND their teams, boost their progress and embed the learning. It both focuses the mind and builds momentum.
